This Prosecco is in an extra dry style. That means that there is a touch more dosage (sugar) in the wine than a brut. A beautiful nose of pears and apples gives way to a luscious palate with stone fruits, pears, and a distinct roundness. The extra dosage gives the wine more body and makes it perfect for someone who doesn’t want something too dry nor too sweet. This is very much a ‘fun’ wine and aims to please, one taste and you’ll be hooked!
Roederer Rose
This is a great dry Rose. Showing an intense pink color in the glass, it has aromas of red apples and faint raspberries. On the palate this is just great. Enticing you between sips, there never seems to be enough of this to go around. Juicy and fresh, raspberries and strawberry notes intermingle and lead to a dry but fruity finish.
Always great with any kind of food. If you are considering some of our desserts, then you should consider this as your wine. If you are sticking with the savory appetizers, stick with the brut and finish with the Rose. It’s too good to pass up!
