Dear POP Guests,
It has been a year since I have been working at POP. We have worked very hard as a team to improve our service, ambiance, and menu. It has been a hard road but with support from founders/owners Matt & Kristin Earhart, active owners Mr. & Mrs. Earhart & Mr. Nasmyth, it has been worthwhile. A special thanks to our management team goes to Mr. Robert Earhart, Chef Ray Vasquez and Sommelier Rafael Sanchez. Chef Ray has really stepped up and transformed our menu which is changing almost every month with new specials. We have had better ratings on food variety and quality within the past year. Rafael has made our wine list so fine and rare that you would be not be able to find these amazing wines around the corner. Chef Ray and Rafael both support our mission to have menu items that are not attainable elsewhere. I have worked in many locations prior to POP and it goes without say that I have not once seen an owner that cares so much for the business and quality of service. Mr. Earhart stops by the restaurant everyday after his first job of 9 to 5. That to me is dedication and care beyond a reasonable doubt. By the looks of all the support from our management, our excellent staff, and of course most importantly POP guests, we are doing a great job.
As a result we appreciate all your support and realize that if it was not for your patronage, we wouldn’t be where we are today. So till the end of this month we will have a 3 course meal to show our gratitude for only $24.
